During April Our Yoga Meets the Healing Force of Reiki.
Join us for this rare set of classes.
This month, classes at The Sapphire will be infused with the healing power of Reiki. Reiki means "universal life flow", and is an energetic source that when called upon, creates healing at the deepest levels.
During our April classes, you will receive reiki during our yoga practice, in our music, and during the deep relaxations.. This is a rare opportunity to experience reiki while simultaneously practicing yoga. This class is ideal for those with long standing physical, emotional, spiritual challenges in need of healing.
Yoga and Reiki Classes meet on Monday evenings--April 2, 16, 23, and 30th. No class Easter Monday, April 9th.
Dr. Christine E. Kiesinger, the yoga instructor, is a certified Reiki Master and Teacher in the Usui & Karuna Reiki traditions.
Classes are open to all levels. Dress comfortably and bring a mat and blanket. Also, if you have a piece of jewelry, a gemstone or any other item you would like "infused" with reiki, bring it to class.
